Why is the floor of the main refrigerator section wet?

This could be because the condensation water drainage channel is blocked. You can
find this on the rear side of the cooling interior. Dry the bottom of the refrigerator
and clean the drainage channel and the outlet hole with a cotton bud or similar
item. You can avoid this problem by cleaning the drainage channel regularly.
